I provide psychotherapy to adults and couples, using an integrative, mindfulness-based approach to therapy, combining evidence-based Western models with the wisdom of ancient Eastern traditions. Over the past 14 years, I have felt honored assisting many people finding new ways to navigate life transitions,major losses, relationship difficulties and challenges related to pregnancy, childbirth and parenting.
In addition to regular therapy sessions in my office, I offer walk and talk therapy for people that process emotions more easily while moving and being outside.
